2026年10月10日，第五届纽约国际武术锦标赛在纽约成功举办。本次赛事由世界传统武术总会参与支持，美国武术家协会、美国河南同乡会联合主办，共吸引全球三百余名武术运动员齐聚赛场、同台竞技，为国际武术文化交流搭建起优质专业平台，有效推动中华传统武术的海外传播与普及。

        On October 10, 2026, the 5th New York International Wushu Championships was successfully held in New York. Supported by the World Traditional Wushu Federation and co-hosted by the American Wushu Masters Association and the Henan Fellowship Association of America, the event attracted more than 300 wushu athletes from around the world to compete. It has built a high-quality and professional platform for international wushu cultural exchanges and effectively promoted the overseas dissemination and popularization of traditional Chinese wushu.

   赛事现场氛围热烈，各国参赛选手精神饱满、招式精湛，充分展现出传统武术的深厚底蕴与当代武术运动的昂扬风采。中国驻纽约总领事馆领侨处李德副主任、王龙德领事莅临赛事现场观赛指导，纽约政界代表、侨界领袖、海内外武术名家悉数到场助阵，充分彰显本届赛事的高端规格与社会影响力。

          The competition site was filled with a warm atmosphere. Athletes from all countries were full of energy and demonstrated exquisite skills, fully showing the profound heritage of traditional wushu and the vigorous demeanor of modern wushu sports. Director Li De and Consul Wang Longde of the Consular and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Chinese Consulate-General in New York attended the event for observation and guidance. Political representatives of New York, overseas Chinese community leaders and famous wushu masters at home and abroad attended the event, fully demonstrating the high standard and social influence of the championship.

   赛事期间同步举行美国武术家协会换届盛典。蓝超海当选新一届会长，耿军、张良、黄成、郭存杰担任荣誉会长。新一届领导班子将凝聚海内外武术力量，整合优质资源，持续开展国际武术赛事筹办、技艺交流与人才培育等相关工作。

       The leadership inauguration ceremony of the American Wushu Masters Association was held during the event. Lan Chaohai was elected as the new president, and Geng Jun, Zhang Liang, Huang Cheng and Guo Cunjie served as honorary presidents. The new leadership team will gather wushu forces at home and abroad, integrate high-quality resources, and continuously carry out international wushu competition organization, skill exchanges and talent training work.

   本届赛事以武为媒、以赛促交，深化了中外民间体育文化交流互动，进一步提升中华传统武术的国际影响力，为武术文化走向世界筑牢坚实基础。

           Taking wushu as the medium and promoting exchanges through competitions, the event has deepened folk sports and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, further enhanced the international influence of traditional Chinese wushu, and laid a solid foundation for the global development of Chinese wushu culture.
